All change of mind returns, or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the product, otherwise the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and liability for such goods. (the goods must be in their original packaging and condition, otherwise we will not be able to refund)
Return postage is to be paid by the customer unless the product is manufacturing defective. items must be returned with their undamaged original packaging and in original condition which is ready for re-sell. All returns must be in original package unless previously discussed. Packaging that is damaged and in an "unsellable" condition will incur a 20% repackaging fee or may be returned to the customer.
To start a return, please contact us at service@elegantshowers.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with pickup instructions. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues All of our items are checked for damages and missing parts prior to delivery. It is important to thoroughly check your goods upon delivery and to notify us within 5 days of receiving the order if there are any issues or damages. Please inspect all goods before installation, note that if the product is installed any claim damages will be rejected. Evidence of damage/s will be required i.e. photographs and videos. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If refund is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment within 3 business days.
Elegantshowers reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee of the cost of the goods to be returned (not including freight).
